1. Shipping Coverage

Bastet Biosciences ships to the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Estimated lead times (processing + transit):

Note: Lead times include up to 2 business days for fulfillment processing plus carrier transit time. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Our fulfillment cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and are not controlled by Bastet Biosciences. Rates are subject to change without notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com).

Important: Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to all 50 US states
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for UPS shipments
  • We do not ship internationally
  • All orders require a valid US shipping address

7. Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Check all possible delivery locations around your property
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  5. If still not found, contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard the packaging material.
