1. Overview

At Bastet Biosciences, we stand behind the quality of our research peptides. This policy outlines when credits or replacements may be issued for orders.

Important: Once an order ships from our fulfillment center, we do not issue refunds. Instead, we may offer order credits or replacements for qualifying issues.

2. Qualifying Issues for Credit or Replacement

We may offer an order credit or free replacement only for the following issues:

Expired inventory shipped Free replacement or order credit
Container seal/cap is broken, damaged, or open Free replacement or order credit
Order not delivered (tracking shows no update for 10+ business days) Free replacement or order credit

3. Non-Qualifying Issues

We cannot offer refunds, credits, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Package marked as delivered but customer claims non-receipt
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • Any issues reported after 30 days from delivery
  • Products used, opened, or tampered with (except for damaged seals)
Package Protection Recommendation: We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout. For lost or stolen packages showing "delivered," shipping insurance is your best protection.

4. How to Request a Credit or Replacement

To be eligible for a free replacement or order credit, you must:

  1. Contact us within 30 consecutive days from receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and store/account name
  3. Include a clear description of the issue
  4. Provide photo evidence showing:
    • The incorrect SKU/label (if applicable)
    • The expiration date and lot number on the flag tag
    • Any damage to seals or containers

Choose Your Resolution

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Option A: Free replacement order shipped at no cost
  • Option B: Order credit applied to your account for future purchases
Note: Order credits can only be used for future orders and cannot be redeemed for cash. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accommodated.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of our research products, we generally do not accept returns. However:

  • If you received incorrect items due to our error, you do NOT need to return the original order
  • If you wish to return an order for any other reason, the items may be returned to our fulfillment center
  • Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • If returned items can be repurposed, we may issue a credit for the product cost only (not shipping/fulfillment)

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage before opening
  2. Document the condition of products inside
  3. Contact us immediately with photos
  4. Do not discard packaging materials
