Products
What does "Research Use Only" (RUO) mean?
All products sold by Bastet Biosciences are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are:
- NOT for human or veterinary use
- NOT for diagnostic purposes
- NOT for food, cosmetic, or household applications
By purchasing our products, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher who will use these materials only for legitimate scientific research in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What purity level are your peptides?
All of our peptides are ≥99% purity as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product.
How should I store the peptides?
For optimal stability:
- Lyophilized (powder) form: Store at -20°C, protected from light
- After reconstitution: Refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within the timeframe specified on the product documentation
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
Note: Specific storage instructions are included with each product and on the COA.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes! Every product comes with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis that includes:
- HPLC purity results
- Mass spectrometry verification
- Batch number and production date
- Storage recommendations
COAs are available for download from your account or can be requested via our contact page.
What forms do the peptides come in?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. This form provides maximum stability during storage and shipping. We also offer:
- Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution
- Various dosage sizes to meet different research needs
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through secure payment processors. All transactions are encrypted and secure. For bulk orders or institutional purchases, please contact us for additional payment options.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement for standard purchases. However, for bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us to discuss pricing and terms.
Do you require age verification?
Yes. All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Bastet Biosciences. Age verification is required at checkout to ensure compliance with our policies.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested before the 2:00 PM EST cut-off time on the day of your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Lawrenceville, GA.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing and shipping times:
- Processing: 2 business days
- USPS: 5-9 business days after processing
- UPS: 5-7 business days after processing
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
How are the products packaged for shipping?
All products are carefully packaged to ensure stability during transit:
- Sealed vials in protective containers
- Insulated packaging when necessary
- Discreet external packaging
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
- Wrong SKU: You received a different product than ordered
- Expired product: Product was expired upon receipt
- Broken seal: Vial seal was compromised
- Non-delivery: Package was not delivered (with carrier confirmation)

How do I request a refund?
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation
- Include photos if applicable (damaged products, wrong items)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Can I exchange a product?
Due to the nature of research peptides and quality control requirements, we do not accept exchanges. If you received an incorrect product, please contact us for a refund or replacement of the correct item.
